Housing 

The Sierra Terraces was intentionally designed to promote interaction among residents making it an ideal community for new first-year freshmen students.

     • two-bedroom suites sharing a private bathroom
     • rooms nestled along an interior corridor of this two-story building
     • lounges with soft-seating and study tables available on each floor
     • two more multi-purpose lounges at the main entrance of each building 

Should the demand for housing exceed our capacity, the Sierra Terraces will offer temporary triple accommodation, a common experience for first-year students at University of California campuses. Each student in a triple will be provided a bed, desk and chair, drawers, and closet space.  As space becomes available, students in triples will be expected to de-triple into a double accommodation.
