Leadership and Employment Opportunities
About 75 students serve in leadership roles in Housing and Residence Life and are recruited during the academic year for the following year. Community Councils are selected early in the fall semester after move in.
Resident assistant, programming assistant and office assistant positions are paid positions, while becoming involved in the Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a volunteer opportunity.
The resident assistant selection process begins in late fall/early spring and summer and fall positions begin recruitment in March. Keep an eye out for announcements.
