Welcome to UC Merced's Hospitality Services

Hospitality Services offers housing accommodations and meeting space during the summer months for adult residential conferences and retreats, academic academies and youth conference groups. We also provide guest housing for orientation guests, visiting scholars and research interns, as well as transitional housing for incoming faculty and staff. During the academic year, Hospitality Services supports three event spaces for departmental meetings, conferences and student events. Our professional conference and event staff will ensure you have a successful conference and assist you with every detail of the event planning process, including housing, dining, meeting spaces and transportation. We can even assist with visits to local attractions, such as a day trip to visit the largest sequoia trees in the world. We are your one-stop shop for conferences and events.
