Advance Notice for Meeting and Event Space
Our Conference and Event services team is on hand to help meet the event needs of your next occasion. For a smooth process, we recommend booking your event as early as possible. Orders and inquiries for the California, Alpine and Crescent Arch rooms are made by contacting Debbie Henderson by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept inquiries for events no more than six (6) months in advance.

Please allow for at least 48 hours response time for all inquiries.
Meeting room fees apply for groups using the California, Crescent Arch, Alpine, Blue, and Gold meeting rooms. Please refer to our meeting room rate sheet.
Mariposa, Tuolumne, Alpine and Half Dome Kitchens are available and will have Catcard access on a first come first serve basis to the residents of the respective buildings ONLY.
Kitchens will not be available during large departmental meetings, but may be available during student programming if both parties agree that use of the kitchen is acceptable and will not interfere with an event.
The California room kitchen requests are made by visiting the Conference & Event Services office In Half Dome 195 between the hours of 8am-5pm or by emailing Conference & Event Services at email@example.com.
Requests for Additional Spaces
Requests for the Cat Quad, Mariposa Lawn, and Summits Quad are made by submitting the following the Resident Space Request or you may contacy Hui-Ling Chan at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
